David Holmes, CPA
Managing Partner
David earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Missouri State University. David started his accounting career in corporate America and then earned his CPA in 1990. He has 44 years of accounting experience and 34 years as a CPA in public accounting. In David’s long career he has advised and prepared tax returns for people from all walks of life. Clients making minimum wage to clients making several millions per year and he has strived to provide the best advice and service to each and every one of those clients. In his free time, he loves traveling the country in his RV and spending time with his wife of 50 years and his grandkids.

Jeremy Corson, CPA
Partner
Jeremy has a degree in Accounting and also another degree in Business Management from Missouri State University. He has been a part of our firm for over 13 years. Jeremy holds a CPA and primarily works with business consulting and tax planning and tax services. He prepares individual, corporate, partnership, trust and estate tax returns. In his free time Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and he also loves playing and coaching soccer.
Penny Meridith
Partner
Penny has a Bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University in accounting. She has spent her entire career in public accounting tirelessly servicing her clients with over 45 year of public accounting and tax experience. Penny provides a wide range of accounting and tax services to clients in a variety of industries. She works primarily in individual, corporate, and partnership taxes. She is also skilled in small business accounting, payroll, and QuickBooks. In her free time, Penny enjoys reading, swimming, scrap booking and spending time with her grandkids.
Christine Gonzalez, EA
Partner
Christine has a Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University. She has over 17 years of experience in public accounting and is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS. Christine works with our business accounting services and corporate/partnership tax preparation as well as individual tax preparation. She is also bilingual and
services our Spanish speaking clients and business owners. Outside of work she loves camping, traveling, and being outdoors with her husband and three children.

Caroline Stewart
Payroll Manager
Caroline has been our payroll manager for over 15 years. Caroline oversees all of our payroll clients and their payroll tax needs. She stays informed about not only Missouri payroll tax issues but also helps many clients with multi-state payroll tax reporting. In her free time Caroline loves spending time with her husband and 4 kids and they enjoy camping around the beautiful local lakes.

Keith Morgan, CPA
Tax Accountant
Keith earned his Bachelor’s degree in Illinois before moving to Missouri. He is a CPA and has over 34 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and tax preparation. Keith also worked for many years as a church administrator and has ample experience working with non-for-profit organizations. Keith primarily works with our individual tax preparation as well as trust and estate tax preparation.
Sarah Smith, CPA
Tax Accountant
Sarah holds a CPA license and has been with our firm for over three years. She earned her Master of Accountancy from Missouri State University and Bachelor of Business Administration from Drury University.
Sarah works with our small business clients, focusing on accounting services and tax return preparation. She prepares individual, corporate and partnership returns. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and four kids. She enjoys traveling to watch her children wrestle at the youth and collegiate level.
Mary Collins, EA
Senior Accountant
Mary has a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. She began her accounting career in the private industry and transitioned over to public accounting 17 years ago. Mary has over 32 years of accounting experience and is experienced in preparing both corporate/partnership returns and individual returns. She is also experienced in Quickbooks and provides training in both desktop and online versions. In her free time, she enjoys fishing with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren.
